Overcoming Self Criticism and Low Self-Esteem

Living with an inner critic that spotlights missteps and overlooks what went well can be exhausting day to day. Maybe you struggle to enjoy achievements, beat yourself up over small mistakes, or brace for the next thing to go wrong. You’re not alone in this.
Many people have a voice that replays what went badly, over-analyses interactions, and fuels second-guessing. This critical loop
can drive anxiety, low mood, and feeling stuck. If this resonates, you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Eszter 👋
I’m a London-based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and help people lower the volume on their inner critic
and gently build kinder, healthier self-esteem over time.

Take the first step towards change

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist, offering a calm,
non-judgmental space to talk about anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and trauma, especially when self-criticism and
shame feel loud.

We’ll go at your pace. Together we’ll notice patterns, build gentle self-awareness, and learn simple, practical tools so you can move forward with more confidence and kindness. I often use Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), which helps develop a kinder relationship with yourself and feel steadier in tough moments.

My aim is more than symptom relief - it’s real, lasting change.
You don’t have to do this alone.
